Company initially installed unit (air handler, electronic filter, new duct work and heat pump) 12 years ago and have been providing regular maintenance to ensure equipment is running properly. Service reps. have been very knowledgeable and have provided hints and suggestions in operating the system efficiently. I would highly recommending them for your service/maintenance or installation needs.

Our heat pump recently kept on stopping while trying to heat the house with the air gutter open. Billy, one of the technicians, came over yesterday to take a look and fixed our issue. He was really friendly, helpful, and informative. He arrived ten minutes early before the scheduled appointment time, and he also re-routed the sensor on the heat pump to give a more accurate reading. He gave me some useful advice to prevent any problems in the future.

Had a wonderful experience with Air Serv for my new furnace install. Mustafa was very helpful in showing multiple options pertaining to my needs. No unnecessary upselling of things. The technician who came for installation were on time and were very professional in their work. Overall great work and a satisfied customer.
