  • Brad Gibson

    Brad Gibson

I started my career in construction while working a summer job as a carpenter assistant at the age of 15, and found a passion for hard work and helping people to better their home and environment. I switched careers from carpentry to plumbing and became a Master Plumber and Gasfitter. I have over three decades of HVAC and plumbing experience in both the residential and commercial sectors; as well as project management. I regularly attend national training sessions to learn about customer satisfaction and the latest trends for indoor air quality solutions within the HVAC industry. I also enjoy a good Netflix binge on cold winter days, travelling and spending time with my wife and children, swimming and camping. As a native to Thunder Bay, I truly love what I do; alongside my wife Kelly we will continue to serve our community of Thunder Bay.

    Office Manager

I started my career in the late 90’s with the Canadian Armed Forces as a medic then graduated from nursing having worked in both hospital and community settings. I am eager to continue helping others while working alongside my husband Brad in a new role as office manager. Originally from the small town of Terrace Bay, I am pleased to extend our services from Thunder Bay to all of the small communities along the North Shore including Manitouwadge, Nipigon, Schreiber and Terrace Bay. On days off I love spending time with my children camping, skiing and swimming.

    Professional Service Technician

I started my new career at Aire Serv of Thunder Bay near the end of November 2018. I started working in the heating and air conditioning business as a duct cleaner back in 2002. In 2005, I applied myself, having taken the next step and became a fully licensed Natural Gas and Fuel Oil Tech. I have worked for various heating companies in my home of Thunder bay and in Grande Prairie, Alberta. I also spent some time in British Columbia where I also fine tuned my skills. I have always found that the best way to help people find the best solutions for their heating problems is by giving a good listening ear and working with them to make sure their needs and wants are met. I have found that no two people are alike in what makes them comfortable so this is key in our recommendations. When I'm not busy helping people with their home heating concerns, you can usually find me on the lanes bowling in a league or at the local gym. During the summer months, I'm at the ball diamond swinging for the fences or missing a big catch! Haha! I also enjoy spending time with my family out at the lake camping and fishing! I look forward to meeting you and helping you with any of your heating problems.
