We found him very articulate in his explantions and listened to any additional information we provided. Merik asked for permission to make additional replacements of two capacitors. He explained how they functioned properly, what state the old ones needing replacement were at and the expected problems that they posed. All the work, both the routine maintenance and replacements were performed efficiently and in a flawlessly competent manner. Well done. On his reccommendation we are going to have the furnace blower cleaned immediately.
